Syndicate Feedback - 12.27.11

We have received an excellent client email, commenting on a member of our Wisconsin team: Rob Heesacker.

"I just wanted to pass along to you comments received from a claim that Rob Heesacker went out on this week.  First I assigned the loss out to Rob on Monday and he inspected the same day and I have already received his report.   No hail damage was found to the residence and I phoned the insured this morning to follow up with him to see if he had any questions. He said he wanted to comment at how professional and knowledgeable Rob was. He said Rob took him up on the roof and pointed out what hail damage would look like and what his findings were. He said Rob took a lot of time with him and was very thorough. He could not say enough good things about Rob..."

Syndicate Feedback - December 2011

We are wrapping up the end of the year, while preparing for 2012 at the Syndicate-Home Office. In the past week, our office has been receiving great feedback regarding assignments recently handled by our field staff. This is a great opportunity to address these comments and recognize our adjusters for their excellent work.

12.9.11 - Kevin Young
Client Feedback: "Kevin's report was excellent and want to stand by it."

12.12.11 - Kenny Miles
Survey Results: "The policy holder explained Kenny Miles did and excellent job and was polite, professional and accommodating in every way. The policy holder had nothing but praise and satisfaction with how Kenny handled his claim. He even stated that he was hoping the call was recorded."

Client Feedback: "Just spoke to Randy. Wonderful oral report and a great turn around on this fire loss"

Survey Results: "Insured stated she felt so comfortable with the Adjuster. She stated she followed him around and he didn't make her feel uncomfortable about asking questions. She stated he was very informative and polite and explained to her what hail damage would look like, he took his time with her and answered all of her questions and never made her feel like she was bothering him. She stated she was very impressed with him and how patient and accommodating he was to her."
