We have received an excellent client email, commenting on a member of our Wisconsin team: Rob Heesacker.

"I just wanted to pass along to you comments received from a claim that Rob Heesacker went out on this week.  First I assigned the loss out to Rob on Monday and he inspected the same day and I have already received his report.   No hail damage was found to the residence and I phoned the insured this morning to follow up with him to see if he had any questions. He said he wanted to comment at how professional and knowledgeable Rob was. He said Rob took him up on the roof and pointed out what hail damage would look like and what his findings were. He said Rob took a lot of time with him and was very thorough. He could not say enough good things about Rob..."

Outstanding service - Great job, Rob!

Syndicate Feedback - December 2011

We are wrapping up the end of the year, while preparing for 2012 at the Syndicate-Home Office. In the past week, our office has been receiving great feedback regarding assignments recently handled by our field staff. This is a great opportunity to address these comments and recognize our adjusters for their excellent work.

12.9.11 - Kevin Young
Client Feedback: "Kevin's report was excellent and want to stand by it."

12.12.11 - Kenny Miles
Survey Results: "The policy holder explained Kenny Miles did and excellent job and was polite, professional and accommodating in every way. The policy holder had nothing but praise and satisfaction with how Kenny handled his claim. He even stated that he was hoping the call was recorded."

12.12.11 - Randy Busch
Client Feedback: "Just spoke to Randy. Wonderful oral report and a great turn around on this fire loss"

12.13.11 - Owen Kunkle
Survey Results: "Insured stated she felt so comfortable with the Adjuster. She stated she followed him around and he didn't make her feel uncomfortable about asking questions. She stated he was very informative and polite and explained to her what hail damage would look like, he took his time with her and answered all of her questions and never made her feel like she was bothering him. She stated she was very impressed with him and how patient and accommodating he was to her."

Central Regional PLRB - Indianapolis



Last week, Syndicate Claim Services hosted a very classy party after the opening conference day. The selected venue for the event was the Indiana State Museum, located in downtown Indianapolis. Being our home office is positioned in Indy, we had a full force of office and field staff in attendance. The turnout was amazing, and the party created a buzz during the final conference day - as an event of this class has not been seen during most Regional PLRB Conferences.

Today, we received the following letter forwarded from a client. The letter is from an insured expressing their satisfaction with our adjuster: Mike Burton.

Dear Mike,
We did receive your last check but wanted to send this last bit of info just, I guess, to make me feel that you have all that we have done. Thank you for you and your companies prompt attention in getting all the repairs done and with great satisfaction. We have had many friends ask "well, how did you get along with you ins. co" I am so glad to tell them the name of our co. and just how terrific they have been to work with. Thank you again for all you have done.

The mentioned email comes from a Minnesota agent with a personal claim, recently assigned to Syndicate Claim Services. Upcoming Syndicate Events

After a great exhibition at the PLRB-National Conference in Nashville, Syndicate is moving into Spring with outstanding momentum. We continue to hold educational/training classes in our Home Office Training Facility, with our closest event being a Two-Week Adjuster Training Class: April 18-29.

Additionally, Syndicate will be hosting a Blood Drive in partnership with the Indiana Blood Center - supporting fellow Hoosiers. The Bloodmobile will stop by our location on May 10th, as we provide refreshments for all the wonderful donors. Stay tuned for more information...
