2014 Manager's Conference

Last week, the Syndicate Claim Services management team came together at the Indianapolis home office for the 2014 Manager's Conference. Over the course of a few days, our management team discussed plans and growth in 2015, participated in team-building fun, and volunteered at a local food pantry. With all the great things that happened, we are already looking forward to next year!

Syndicate Spotlight - June 2014

Wade Snyder is a field adjuster based in Iowa, and he has been a Syndicate team member for three years. While in middle and high school, Wade worked for a plumbing company; stocking trucks and assisting plumbers on-site.
Graduating early from high school, Wade transitioned to a full-time plumber position. Wanting to diversify his knowledge, he would later move on to become a remodeling contractor. This move would eventually introduce Wade to the world of insurance adjusting.

Wade is an avid outdoorsman with two daughters, Brooklynn and Kinley. He enjoys teaching his daughters important lessons about life and nature. He claims that both of his girls know more about hunting and fishing than most boys, and they are not afraid to get their hands dirty. If any child is interested in the learning more about the outdoors, Wade is willing to work with them and share his knowledge. He often has the children of family and friends join him while checking trap lines, and he's not sure who enjoys it more!

Wade truly enjoys the freedom of being an independent adjuster. It allows him time to pursue his passions of raising his daughters, camping, kayaking, fishing, ice fishing, hunting, and trapping. As we can see, Wade likes to stay busy. 

We are very lucky to have Wade Snyder on our team!
