I am pretty new to property claims and he has take the extra time to make sure that I understand what is going on. His inspections are always very detailed. With this file he has gone out 3 times and because of the effort he puts into the photos and inspections it's clear how the property has changed from inspection to inspection. His knowledge and expertise is incredible. He doesn't back down when you have a PA that is trying to get one over on the insurance company. All around, he is just great to work with."
