June Birthday Celebration

We would like to wish everyone from the Syndicate Claim Services team with a birthday in June, a very Happy Birthday! With those that could join us, we had a birthday cookout celebration at the office this week. As you can see, Josh put his special touch on the food. We missed those unable to make the trip, but you can almost taste the chicken in the picture. Once again, Happy Birthday!

December Photo Contest

And the Winner is...Bob Adams!

Last week, Syndicate Home Office launched a photo contest for all field staff to enter and potentially win a grand prize. In order to be nominated for this prize drawing, Syndicate adjusters needed to submit claim photos that demonstrate excellent overall photo documentation based on description, clarity, relevance, creativity, and thoroughness. The managers nominated Bob Adams, Randy Busch, Aaron Balser, and Mike Mulligan. Bob Adam's name was drawn from the pot as this month's lucky winner!

Great job to all nominated, and a big congratulations to Bob Adams!

Fall Regional Adjuster Training

With our first week of Fall Regional Adjuster Training behind us, we are looking forward to the remaining sessions being held next week. As our company continues to grow in size and expand it's operations, our regional training sessions provide the proper environment to strengthen and enhance the work product. Jeff Rogers, Senior Field Supervisor, and Jill Trimmel, Vice President, lead each of our training sessions and present key information regarding operating procedures and client specifications.

We would like to thank everyone for attending the training sessions last week, and we look forward to seeing the rest of you in the upcoming week.

Syndicate Feedback - 9.17.12

In the last week, we have received great feedback regarding our adjusters and their excellent service. We are excited with the recent comments left by these policyholders, and we would like to share their messages:

Eric Doyle, Field Adjuster - “He was a great young man, and if I ever had to go through this again, I would hope that I could get him out here again.”

Mike Hendricks, Field Adjuster - "We were extremely happy with Mike. He was very thorough and not in a hurry at all. He was very kind and answered all of our questions since we had no idea what to expect. He did his job very well and did not talk in circles, but just told it as it was. We would highly recommend Mike in the future."

Brandon Stevens, Field Adjuster - "Brandon handled the claim very professionally, and he knew his job well. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend his services in the future."

Great job by each of you! Keep up the great work...
