Today, we received the following letter forwarded from a client. The letter is from an insured expressing their satisfaction with our adjuster: Mike Burton.

Dear Mike,
We did receive your last check but wanted to send this last bit of info just, I guess, to make me feel that you have all that we have done. Thank you for you and your companies prompt attention in getting all the repairs done and with great satisfaction. We have had many friends ask "well, how did you get along with you ins. co" I am so glad to tell them the name of our co. and just how terrific they have been to work with. Thank you again for all you have done.

Home office has received an email thanking our adjuster, Joel Husman for his superior claim service. The mentioned email comes from a Minnesota agent with a personal claim, recently assigned to Syndicate Claim Services. Joel went above and beyond when he took a few minutes out of his day to educate the agent on the details regarding the claim. Great job, Joel - Keep up the great work!
